The entire TUM family came together to celebrate the end of the year at the two traditional Advent concerts on the first Sunday of Advent at the Isarphilharmonie. Students, employees, alumni, and sponsors attended the Advent matinee at 10:30 a.m. and Vivat TUM at 2:30 p.m.
This year's concert was dedicated exclusively to the works of George Frideric Handel. The Symphonisches Ensemble München (SEM) performed, accompanied by the powerful voices of the TUM Choir. Both concerts were conducted by Prof. Felix Mayer, Director of the TUM Center for Culture and Arts – “Hallelujah, Handel!”
As always, the concert was free of charge—we would like to thank all donors who contributed to the TUM University Foundation!
The TUM University Foundation is a major sponsor of these concerts and is pleased to further strengthen the TUM community!
