Welcoming New Donors at the 16th Donors' Conference

On July 3, 2026, prior to this year’s Donors’ Conference, we welcomed our new donors to our Wall of Honor for a ceremonial presentation of certificates.

At this year’s annual donors’ conference, our donors gathered with the foundation’s leadership at the Garching campus. During the conference, professors and students also provided insights into their exciting areas of research, which are supported by the foundation.
 
The TUM University Foundation was established over 15 years ago by 46 founding donors. Since then, it has grown significantly and now has over 190 donors: companies, foundations, private individuals, and alumni.

We are delighted that this year we were able to attract a particularly large number of new individuals to become donors to the TUM University Foundation: a total of nine private individuals, as well as the Dietmar Hopp Foundation, have decided to support the TUM University Foundation in this way. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all of them for their commitment!
